Application Scheme of Eurofrequency TD1000 Vector Type Inverter Wire Drawing Machine
The equipment consists of a loop, a release reel, and seven wire drawing reels. According to the specifications of the wire to be produced, corresponding wire drawing dies are installed in front of each reel. The wire drawing dies are from large to small, and the last one is the required product wire diameter. The wire is pulled out from the looper through the winding drum and then passed through the first wire drawing die to the first winding drum. From the first winding drum to the second wire drawing die, it is pulled down one level at a time, and the final winding drum is called the winding drum. There is a cylinder swing arm between each drum, which is used by the displacement sensor to feedback the tension to the frequency converter. The frequency converter performs PID closed-loop control based on the feedback signal to maintain a constant tension between each drum. The process requires directly inputting the mold specifications into the human-machine interface when replacing the wire drawing die. After changing the wire drawing die, the entire system can still operate normally.

System Control Principles
After the frequency and operating signal are given by the PLC, the frequency converter uses the 0-10V signal feedback from the sensor for internal PID self adjustment.
